|Recommended: YesHighly Highly Recommend This Place To Incoming Brock Students — Lived here for 3 years and I can safely say, if you’re a Brock student, this place is one of if not the best bang for buck rentals you can get. Location helps a lot, with everything accessible mere minutes away from your front door place comes furnished with real quality stuff, so there’s not a big need to invest in furniture early on. Decent amenities as well.
The highlight surely has been the staff - the management team, maintenance and cleaning professionals. I’ve always seen them go above and beyond for the tenants. Incredibly friendly makes this place feel very homely.
Plus you get to meet lots of amazing people from the community.
Really glad I spent majority of my time in St. Kitts at Regent.
